You probably remember how Saudi Arabia imposed a restriction on the number of Pilgrims for Hajj due to Covid-19. As of today the government of Saudi Arabia officially lifted the restriction after three years.
“The number of pilgrims will return to what it was before the pandemic, without any age limit,” Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq al-Rabiah told reporters in Riyadh.
With this decree being set into action, it’s expected that the number of pilgrims will be the highest Mekkah has ever seen. People were applying from all over the world, but couldn’t the approval. Now, with no restrictions (even on age) people from all over the world will be traveling to the holly land to perform Hajj.
