Egypt is officially going green! Finally, some good news that would actually have a huge impact on the environment and people’s mental health. Prime Minister, Mustafa Madbouly, inspected and approved a report by the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Essam Al-Gazzar, to implement the “100 Million Trees” initiative.
Now, this piece of news literally changed our mood around the office. Imagine the grey city turning green, and people will finally be able to breathe fresh air; not to mention the effect of the change of scenery on the people’s mental health.
The Prime Minister made sure and affirmed the Presidential decree to increase the amount of greenery per capita. In addition, the increase in trees will reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emissions, and it will also ensure economic profits for the country.
